How long until my order ships?+
Because everything is handmade in small batches, most orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days. You will receive an email when your parcel is on its way. See the Shipping & Delivery policy for delivery windows by destination.
Do you ship worldwide, and in what currency?+
Yes, we ship worldwide. All prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). Any import duties or local taxes on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I return a handmade item?+
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days. Opened candles and opened craft consumables are handled under our hygiene and safety terms, and personalised-name items are made to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Are the craft kits safe for children?+
Kits that contain felting needles or small parts are intended for ages 14 and over with adult guidance, and small parts are a choking hazard for young children. Candles carry open-flame safety guidance. Please read the notes on each product and in our Terms of Service.
How does membership work?+
Membership is a service subscription — member pricing, free shipping, monthly patterns and, on Maker+, a quarterly craft kit. Perks have no cash value, do not roll over and cannot be withdrawn. You can cancel anytime and keep your perks until the end of the period.
